Makerss Hub ("we", "us") operates makersshub.com. This page explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, why, and what you can do about it. We're a solo-operated business — questions about this policy go straight to info@makersshub.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

If you submit the Marketing Cost Calculator, we collect the name and email address you enter, via a Netlify Forms submission, before showing you the calculator's results. We use this to follow up about your results and, if relevant, to reach out about our services. We do not sell this information.

If you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call via Calendly, those platforms (not our own servers) handle that conversation — see "Third-party services" below.

Information collected automatically

  • Meta Pixel. This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how visitors arrive here and to help us understand which of our ad campaigns are working. Meta may use this data, combined with data from other sites, in line with its own Data Policy.
  • Google Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may log your IP address as part of that request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability — not for marketing.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and our business. Each has its own privacy practices, which we don't control:

  • Meta / WhatsApp — advertising and click-to-WhatsApp conversations.
  • Calendly — call scheduling, embedded on this site.
  • Netlify — hosting and form submissions.
  • Google Fonts — typography.

Cookies

The Meta Pixel and the Calendly widget may set cookies in your browser as part of how they work. You can block or delete these through your browser settings, or with an ad-blocking/privacy extension, without losing access to the site itself.

How long we keep information

Calculator submissions (name, email) are kept only as long as needed to follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@makersshub.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the site or our tools change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
